Help design the wheelchair of the future
Posted on April 29th, 2010
The survey is now closed (14 May 2010), but thanks to everyone for taking part! We hope to publish the results in the very near future.
Whizz-Kidz is working with the organisations Devices for Dignity and Frazer-Nash Consultancy to help design a wheelchair of the future. That’s why we are asking young wheelchair users, parents and carers, and professionals working with disabled children to give us their views about wheelchairs.
Introducing the new website
Posted on April 27th, 2010

Our refreshed new colours and logo were created pro-bono for us by the Red Brick Road, who are also behind our celebrated new cinema advert.
Please take a look around the new website – it’s business as usual but you will also see some great new features and projects. We’re not quite finished, so you will start to see more exciting new developments …

Representing Whizz-Kidz, who provide mobility equipment, skills training and work placements for disabled young people, is 24 year old Arunima Misra, a trainee lawyer and Whizz-Kidz ambassador. She said:
