CORONAVIRUS: HOW IT AFFECTS US
To all of our service users, staff and the whole Whizz-Kidz community:
As a responsible service deliverer we are taking all measures possible, to ensure those we work with are not exposed to the virus through our actions or activities.
Therefore we have closed our offices and postponed all our services, including equipment provision, until the end of June
With regards to the marathon, we thank all our brilliant runners and supporters for your dedication and guarantee that your places are confirmed for the revised date. Whizz-Kidz will be issuing further guidance once it is clear how we will proceed with the revised arrangements.
If you are looking to secure a place either for the new October date or for 2021, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org OR if you would like to get in contact regarding something else, please send us a message via social media.
Finally, can I remind you that Coronavirus affects us all and it is our duty to do our part to stop it spreading. Our primary focus is always the health and well-being of those with whom we are in contact – our young people, their families, our volunteers and, of course, our staff.
Our advice to anyone concerned about the virus is;
- follow the most up-to-date health advice that has been issued
- keep an eye on official websites for updated advice e.g. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-information-for-the-public. This site is updated daily at 2pm.
Stay well and safe,
All the best,
Ruth Owen OBE
