Our goal is to ensure that every young disabled person in the UK has the right mobility equipment and opportunities to reach their full potential. Our Technology Advisory Group is here to help the charity to use digital and technology to achieve this goal!

James Greenwood - Digital Director, Strawberry. 

James is the Digital Director at Strawberry.co.uk, a creative marketing agency based in Hull. Having worked solely in digital since leaving University, he's lucky that his hobby became his career. He's finally proven his career advisor wrong who thought that "messing around with computers" would never amount to much!

 

Dr Neil Bacon - Founder, iWantGreatCare  

A graduate of University of Nottingham, a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and a former nephrologist with clinical and academic positions in Oxford and Harvard, Dr Bacon specialises in delivering innovative internet-based solutions to improve healthcare worldwide and is the founder of Doctors.net.uk. His most recent venture is iWantGreatCare.org - the most open, direct way for the UK public and healthcare providers to increase the quality of service on offer.  iWantGreatCare is also currently one of the largest providers of the Friends and Family Test across the NHS.

 

Richard Robinson - Director, Google 

Richard has spent almost 20 years assisting companies in the building of brands and the development and implementation of innovative go-to-market strategies. He has led many strategic marketing initiatives across various business and technology areas. At Google he helps businesses empower and transform their organisations through digital strategies.  Prior to Google, Richard was Vice President at IDC, where he led IDC consulting and marketing services business in Europe and he also led the client services division of IDG's International team based in EMEA.  Richard sits on advisory boards of a number of companies and associations, including as Chair of The IDM B2B Marketing Council and is a regular speaker at industry events and conferences.

Robert Maskell - Director of High Performance Computing, Intel

Robert is responsible for Intel’s High Performance Computing business in the UK. Working with academia, industry and government, to drive growth and competitive advantage for the country. Passionate about Life Sciences and the ‘Path to Personalised Medicine’, Robert sees technical computing as an enabler to empower positive societal change.

Shane Redding - Managing Director, Think Direct 

Shane is an independent consultant with over 25 years international business to business direct marketing experience. Shane provides strategic direct and digital marketing advice and practical training to both end users and DM suppliers; clients include ITV plc, Telefonica, the Institute of Directors and Royal Mail. Specialising in data, databases and analysis, Shane enjoys helping large and small businesses use integrated marketing to significantly improve the bottom line.
