In return, Whizz-Kidz provides a positive, focused place to work where each member of the team can see the difference they are making to the lives of disabled children and young people across the UK.
Our teams are:
Children’s Services
This team is focused on our service delivery to children, young people and their families. It includes equipment provision, wheelchair training, advice and information, our team of therapists and our mobility centres in Birmingham, Newcastle and our pilot initiative in Tower Hamlets.
Communications
All of our marketing, PR and brand communications are orchestrated by this team, together with our campaigning, young people’s participation and volunteer development.
Fundraising
Our fundraising team comprises of events, corporate, trusts and statutory, regional and major donors.
Finance, HR and IT
Our financial, people development and IT infrastructure are managed by this team.
