Julia Kaufmann OBE (Chair)

Julia is a freelance consultant in the voluntary sector with a range of clients that include grant making trusts.  Julia was previously part-time commissioner, Postcomm (2000/05), Chief Executive, BBC Children In Need (1987 – 2000); and Chief Executive of Gingerbread (1979/87).  

She is a board member of Capacity Builders; a Vice-President of Deafax; an Advisory Council member for CAF Grants; and trustee of Community Network and the EDF Energy Trust.
