Our service includes:
We provide essential mobility equipment – powered, manual and recreational equipment such as trikes – that is customised to meet individual needs.
Our wheelchair training programme will show you how to get the best from your equipment, teach you new skills and road safety awareness.
Our advice and advocacy support provides the information you need to get the right mobility equipment whether you are applying to us or looking to buy privately.
If you’ve received support from Whizz-Kidz we offer you the chance learn essential life skills to support you through your transition to adulthood.
Our local mobility centres offer a ‘one stop shop’ for families living in the North East and West Midlands.
Our new pilot partnership in London is delivered in partnership with Tower Hamlets NHS Primary Care Trust and provides an enhanced service for children and young people in the capital.
