Terms and Conditions
1. In order to enter the competition you must supply your full name, address and telephone number.
2. This competition is open to all UK residents who are aged 18 or over, with the exception of employees of Whizz-Kidz.
2. Only one entry allowed per person per draw. The closing date is Wednesday 15th October 2008
3. Winners will be drawn at random on Monday 20th October 2008
4. There is no cash or alternative prizes available and prizes are not transferable. The decision of Whizz-Kidz is final and no communication will be entered into by Whizz-Kidz.
5. Whizz-Kidz is not responsible for non / late receipts e-mail entries due to operator/network failure, or for any associated costs to entrants. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
6. Only entries received by Wednesday 15th October 2008 will be eligible for the competition draw.
7. The winners will be notified in writing and /or by telephone within 30 days from the closing date.
8. Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of these rules. Whizz-Kidz reserves the right to withhold or cancel prizes in the event of non-compliance with these rules. Whizz-Kidz also reserves the right to amend the completion draw rules at any time. Whizz-Kidz reserves the right to cancel the competition draw at any stage if deemed necessary in their opinion and / or if the circumstances are outside of their control.
