The Rome Marathon is a fantastic event and with a field of around 15,000 runners this is a marathon which looks set to grow year on year, offering those who participate a unique experience.  As you line up on the start line in front of the 2,000 year old Coliseum,  you will take in sights such as St Peter’s Basilica, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and the Spanish Steps.  The Rome Marathon has been voted best city race by Runner’s World and typically boasts beautiful spring time running conditions.
