Paris to Geneva Cycle

This cycle challenge is short but very exciting as it links the two classic cities of Paris and Geneva with a fantastic climb in the beautiful Jura Mountains.

The route leads south-east from Paris, crossing rolling chalk hills, woodland and rural plateaux. The landscape is speckled with small medieval towns and Romanesque churches as the cycle continues through the famous vineyard regions of Champagne and Burgundy. Skirting Dijon, the route continues to the Roman spa town of Lons-le-saunier, Photo: Valleyat the foot of Jura. The challenge heightens as the hair pin bends of the Col de la Faucille lead the way in to Switzerland and on to the lake in beautiful Geneva where our challenge finishes.

The Paris to Geneva cycle is available also as an extension of the London to Paris cycle.
