Weekly Training Plan

Whizz-Kidz has developed a specialised 24 week training plan, broken down into ‘beginners, intermediate and advanced’ in order to prepare you fully for the challenge ahead.

Please click on the following links, remembering that intermediate and advanced only start in week 9 of the programme. If you are running the London Marathon, week one commences on 29th October.
