Midlands
Hi I’m Kay, Community Fundraiser for the Midlands! We are looking for new fundraising volunteers across the region.
You can contact me for more information about volunteering or fundraising in the Midlands by Tel: 01327 301881
or Email: k.aslett@whizz-kidz.org.uk
The author Adrian Thorpe recently challenged himself to write a series of short stories in rhyme.
Along with his son Matthew, the illustrator, they kindly decided to support Whizz-Kidz by donating £1 for every book sold on the Website.

Some of the volunteering opportunities we have are: -
- Awareness coordinators

- Static Collecting Can Coordinators
- Administration (home based)
- School Speakers
- Supermarket Collections Coordinators
- Event Organisers
- Event Helpers
- Team members for our fundraising groups
Volunteering to suit you:
- You can be a time to time volunteer giving us your time from once to six times a year at local events.
- You can join one of our local fundraising teams who organise events and fundraising activities that raise funds for their local area on a regular basis.
- You can help us by doing a one off fundraising event such as a sponsored challenge.
The choice is yours. Fundraising is vital for Whizz-Kidz and the children and families that benefit from our services. Every penny raised by our volunteers and supporters is valuable and much needed.
