Stretching, allowing your body to rest after training and warming down are key stages of your training for a marathon.

At our second training day, scheduled for January 26th, Coach Phil offers a chance to learn about how to prepare your body for the marathon journey ahead, foam rolling techniques, killer stretches and fitness support.

On the day of the Marathon at our Post Race Reception, you will be supported by a team of Massage Therapists to aid your recovery.
