Meet Coach Phil, an established biomechanics specialist, offering you the very best advice on nutrition, stretching and training for your challenge ahead. Throughout the year he will host training sessions with Team Whizz-Kidz to ensure that as a runner your body is in great shape even before you start your longer training runs. Phil will send regular communications from the New Year, to keep the team moving towards the finish line and will be contactable throughout your journey.
The Events team will invite you to join our training sessions, giving you the opportunity to meet the team, meet the Coach and to hear more from our young people about what Whizz-Kidz is all about. Due to popularity, places for these events do go fast, please respond to our emails as soon as possible to reserve your place.
