Join thousands of runners in chasing a personal best starting in the town centre of Hemel Hempstead. The route starts at the Riverside Shopping Centre, passes the Water Gardens before heading through Hemel Hempstead town centre, the High Street of the Old Town, and Gadebridge Park.
Whether it will be your first 10k or your 50th, this route is a perfect chance for a chip timed and personal best with full road closures during the event.

- £110 could pay for additional parts to extend the life of a young person's wheelchair and 'grow' the equipment as a child's needs change.
- £209 could enable a young person to attend an activity session where they can make new friends and build their confidence.
- £347 could fund a child to attend a Wheelchair Skills Training session and develop vital skills to help them use their wheelchair safely and confidently.
- £1,300 could enable Whizz Kidz to provide for an adapted trike for a young wheelchair user, giving them a safe way to play and have fun with other children.

Ethan is a bright, confident 5-year-old. He was born with a rare congenital condition called Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita (AMC), which means he has very limited control of his joints. Whizz-Kidz provided Ethan with a power chair. Now, he can keep up with his younger brother, enjoy family and school outings and be as mischievous as his friends.
