Your Birthday Fundraiser
Not sure what you would like for your birthday this year? Having a party and would love to raise some funds for Whizz Kidz? Celebrate getting older by helping to support young wheelchair users across the UK with us!
The easier way to help support Whizz Kidz on your birthday is to set up a fundraiser for friends and family to donate using JustGiving or Facebook. Both are quick and simple to set up, and your donations automatically come to us so you can focus on having a great time.
Celebrate every special day for Whizz Kidz
An anniversary, retirement or wanting to thank your favourite teacher at the end of the school year – whatever the occasion, your celebration could make a real difference for Whizz Kidz.
Set up your own JustGiving page, shout about what you’re celebrating and share it with friends, family and beyond.
Check out our A-Z of fundraising ideas for ways to increase the amount you raise, have some fun and if you are getting together, here are a few extra tips below:
- Games – get completive and set up games or even a quiz that people can pay to enter.
- Collection – pop some extra collection boxes on tables and around the venue to raise even more funds. Contact us to order yours – events@whizz-kidz.org.uk.
- Speeches – thank everyone who has donated, and celebrate how much you have all raised. And remind them it is not too late to make another donation, as every penny counts!
- Sell any spares – if you get any duplicate gifts, you could sell them online and donate any money to us. You can pay in your money here.
