Join Team Whizz Kidz for the Leeds Marathon if you have secured your own place in the event, and help empower a young wheelchair user today.
The scenic route starts and finishes at Headlingly Stadium, passing through Adel and onto Golden Acre Park. With 10,000 runners and a great atmosphere, this marathon is bound to be an unforgettable experience!
Together, we can create opportunities for young wheelchair users to get the right equipment, skills and confidence to go further.

Your impact
The money you raise will help us reach even more young wheelchair users by funding mobility equipment, life skills training and opportunities for young people to reach their full potential.
- £110 could pay for additional parts to extend the life of a young person's wheelchair and 'grow' the equipment as a child's needs change.
- £209 could enable a young person to attend an activity session where they can make new friends and build their confidence.
- £347 could fund a child to attend a Wheelchair Skills Training session and develop vital skills to help them use their wheelchair safely and confidently.
- £1,300 could enable Whizz Kidz to provide for an adapted trike for a young wheelchair user, giving them a safe way to play and have fun with other children.
