How do I get started?
A successful coffee morning doesn't require lots of planning or equipment. Here's everything you'll need to get started:
Choose an event
Pick an event that people are excited about. Popular options include football tournaments, horse racing, awards ceremonies or reality TV finals.
Create a sweepstake
List all participants, teams or competitors and assign them at random to entrants.
Set an entry donation
Decide how much participants will donate to enter. A suggested donation of £2 to £5 per entry works well.
Spread the word
Create a poster and spread the word by email, WhatsApp and social media.
Plan how you'll collect donations
You can request a collection box from us or create a QR code linking directly to your fundraising page.
Announce your winner
Once the event is over, celebrate your winner and share how much you've raised for young wheelchair users.
