We created the Whizz Kidz information hub as a place where you can get information, advice and guidance on everything you need to know about life as a wheelchair user. From developing basic wheelchair skills to learning to drive or attending your first music festival, we’ve got you covered!

We’re committed to regularly adding new content and updating and improving existing guides – and would love your help.

If you’ve got something to say, spot a gap in our content, or want to share an article with us you’re in the right place.

What can I write about?

You can write about your life and experiences as a wheelchair user, or as the parent, carer, family member or friend of someone who uses a wheelchair.

You can write about whatever you wish, but we particularly welcome insights from your own experiences. As well as creating new articles, you can also add comments and perspectives to already published articles, like those in our Everyday Life section.

How can I share my comments & ideas?

You can contact the Information Hub editor at:

In your email please provide details of your idea, comment, or pitch. Don’t forget to tell us a little bit about yourself, too.

Please don’t send us completed articles and/or images.

We reserve the right to edit all posts to ensure they’re fair, accurate and conform to our standards.

What sort of posts won’t you consider?

We aren’t able to publish guest posts from other organisations or businesses. We’re an independent provider and won’t promote specific bands, businesses, products, services, or charities.

While we’ll consider all requests we don’t guarantee that we’ll post all submissions.

How can I write for you?

Submit your thoughts using the form below and we'll be in touch.
