Merstham Cricket Club

Merstham Cricket Club were looking to develop and improve their disability offering when they applied to the community change fund. Whilst they already had a disability section, they wanted to start offering a session for younger children, purchase more equipment and hire a space for the winter so they can continue sessions throughout the year.

From November 2025, the club will start running a junior disability section. The older cricketer at the club will also be getting involved, helping to coach the new joiners. Whizz Kidz will be going along to visit the club and see the new section in action in November too.

The club rated being involved in the community change fund 5 out of 5 stars, and said their project has been really successful.
