Our new strategy will be Whizz Kidz’s roadmap for the next three years. We want your help shaping it. These sessions will help you understand our strategic direction and get everyone involved in what comes next. You will have a chance to think about what it means for how we work and how it will influence you and your team.

Innovation – what is it, and how do you start doing it?
This session will be a crash course in innovation, with a mix of theory and practice. You’ll learn some core principles and how to apply them to projects, both big and small. You’ll also have generated several hundred ideas, designed some experiments, and filled in a lot of post-it notes.About Will Gaudoin
"I work in the innovation team at RNIB (Royal National Institute of Blind People). My role is to help RNIB and my colleagues do things we haven’t done before, whether that’s a new digital information service, a B2B consultancy product, or a business planning process. Like most things in innovation, it’s pretty broad! Before transitioning to innovation, I specialised in fundraising and engagement, with roles in acquisition, retention, legacies, mass participation, and community engagement. Before RNIB, I held charity roles at World Animal Protection, Action for Children, and CLIC Sargent (Young Lives vs Cancer)."
