We are committed to high-performance, we want our team to be the best that they can be.

That's why we give everyone time to plan their development and growth with their line manager via regular one-to-ones/snapshots and support this process with a robust learning and development offer.

As soon as you join the charity, you'll start working through your induction programme, which includes a range of self-managed learning resources and one-to-one sessions with colleagues across the charity.

We subscribe to a blended approach to learning and development, which means that as well as attending internal and external face-to-face training, we also encourage attendance at free conferences and seminars, and champion self-directed learning, on-the-job learning and skills sharing. With an exceptionally talented team, we maximise our opportunity to learn from each other through project working and learning lunches.

We know that every single member of our team can make a life-changing difference and play a vital role in our vision – a society in which every young wheelchair user is mobile, enabled and included. And the more knowledge, experience and skills we can all gain, the quicker we can get there.
