For this recipe to make 8 large scones you will need:
- 450g self raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 80g sugar
- 80g butter
- 150g crème fraiche
- 150g buttermilk
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Lemon zest
Some health and safety points to be aware of before you begin:
